  • Today’s fast-paced existence often places us all, under undue performance pressure and stress, frequently resulting in burnout, disengagement, and unhealthy life patterns. The task of parenting is one of the most challenging, stressful, demanding, and rewarding jobs on the planet. The reality of being a parent is that there will be many things you won’t be able to control, no matter how hard you try, plates will break, tears will be shed, and difficulties will inevitably occur life is not always predictable.

  • Mindful parenting does not mean being a “perfect parent” but it helps us to be more aware of our own emotions without letting them trigger us into knee-jerk reactions, enabling us to respond more calmly when our children press our buttons throughout the day.

Our sessions have been designed to promote good mental health, deeper connections and overall well-being for the entire family. Providing parents with tools and strategies to immediately support healthy family development and help prepare their children to face life’s challenges with a more informed, confident approach.

A range of sessions are offered to support parents overall well-being, areas may include:

  • Increased resilience by improving both you and your children’s ability to bounce back from challenges
  • Approaches to help deal with an emotional storm
  • Power of positive self-talk
  • Integrating mindfulness with daily activities

All courses and workshops are delivered using our fun and interactive approach, based on experiential learning principles, designed to maximise audience participation, engagement and retention beyond the duration of the sessions.
